          had some stitching defects in power strap; fixed it myself, [*].I like BOA system, especially the 'Conda' liner closure, but putting the 3rd knob on the medial (inside) aspect is a bit of a problem when walking in the lodge, hiking, etc.

            A great pair of boots make a difference from an Ok day to an awesome day. K2 Thraxis is that awesome day. Triple Boa gives you that quick small adjustment needed during the day. The harshmellow I thought was a gimmick but does it help at the end of the day with comfort.

              these boots are exactly what I wanted. I love going fast on steep groomers and these boots connects your feet firmly to the board.I also have Salomon synapse and Flow rival Boa coiler boots and they fit my 9.5 feet well but not snug because I have narrow feet.The Thraxis however fits my narrow feet perfectly.I ride Never Summer Titan,Bataleon Enemy,and Head ict. so the Thraxis is the perfect compliment to these stiff boards.I just purchased the Never Summer Raptor and i'm dying to try it out.
