Great Lacing System takes a little to get used Too. First couple of times bottom gets real tight top loose, after 6 Days got it down.

Don't judge them until you have had a whole day on the mountain and have broken them in. Make sure you understand the tightening system before your first use if you've never used this kind of system.

I haven't had a chance to use these on the hill yet(hence the 4 stars) but from wearing them around the house trying to break them in they are very comfortable. I can't speak to how warm they are or if the construction is what it seems (it seems great) but I have a great feeling about them. I am not used to the external lacing system and I worry that they might break if I pull on them too hard though. I guess only time will tell, fingers crossed they don't!

Epic, Boot. I use them with K2 Cinch Bindings on My Burton Joystick Snowboard. This Boot fit so good I bought two pair's, Thanks Evo for getting them to my House in 2 days!!

I wish these came in half sizes. Tried the size 10 in the store, my normal size, and they were too tight. Tried the 11 in the store and they were quite comfortable. But now that I'm on the slopes the padding is compressing and I'm getting a bit of heel slip. Wish these came in a 10.5. Tightening the BOA helps but starts to cut off my circulation. Hopefully these will fit better as I continue the break in process.
The BOA is great for snugging down the fit part way through a run. The speed lace system is fast, but I'm having trouble getting it tight enough. I'm concerned that I will break something based on how hard I pull already.

I bought these boots for my 12 year old son who is still a beginner. They are probably a bit more technical than he needs, but I got a great deal on Evo. The boots are very well made, very comfortable and easy to use. The only strange part is the lacing system for the exterior shell which is a bit clumsy the way you have to wrap it around the post and tuck the end into a special pocket. It hasn't been a major problem for him, but it seems like it could also have been done a bit more simply. Over-all a very impressive boot though. I am a bit jealous.

awesome boots. BOA liner keeps my heel in the boot and the speed lace gives just the right amount of ankle flexibility for landing imperfect jumps.

I just got this new boots, with good pricing.
Designe and color is quite good, but I have some trouble regarding lacing.
BOA is no problem, but outer lacing is kind of difficult to tighten.
I am worrying the outer lining might be broken if I put too much force on them.
Please anybody help me how to handle outer lacing.

I love the stability of the boot. Harshmellow is a great feature that really worked well. The BOA tightening system is another sweet add on.

I use them walking around my schools tundra of a campus and for shredding the slopes ya dig. They're a little uncomfortable when walking around but bearable.

I purchased size 10 and size 11 for my son, whose feet are slightly smaller than my own. He loves them. Although they were difficult to get into the first time they adjusted and slide on and off well now. I tried them on yesterday and although I am typically a 10.5/11.0 I could feel my toenails brush the front of the boot on the 11s.

My only criticism is that it would be helpful to have a brief user manual on how to use the lacing system because it took a little while to learn it.

Another thing to keep in mind is that their flex rating is really pretty stiff which is a big adjustment from the beginning boots he got two years ago. Now that he is a 6 on a 9-scale he is ready for these boots.

They feel so comfortable that I am going to put my skis on the shelf and take some snowboard lessons because ski boots are so uncomfortable.

I bought these boots after renting them in Colorado last year. I'm new to the BOA lacing system and often overly tighten them. They are easy to adjust on the fly and the boots are very warm and comfortable.

first time not easy to wear, need reserve half size with your normally size. Besides, everything is good.

I found the boots to be a little confusing to lace up. I detracted a star from these boots because when i'm tightening the wire laces I'm a little paranoid that something is going to break, but that may be just me. I can say that these are easy to lace up, and I get my boots on faster than anyone else I board with.

I own a red jacket so I wanted a boot that matches it. This was perfect find for me. This looks great with anything red and black. I wear shoes 9.5 but I bought this 10 and it fits me perfectly. I recommend half size up from your sneaker size. IMO.

I had a very hard time finding a boot that fit my tall wide size 13 foot. These fit perfect with no pressure points and are very easy to get into and out of right out of the box.

Haven't had a chance to test these out yet but they fit really nice and have a really sweet and fast lace up system. Love the external boa cog for the liner for adjustments on the go
