Just as burly as men's bindings, but built for the ladies, the Union Rosa Snowboard Bindings are a force to be reckoned with. Featuring the Anodized 3D Heelcup, these bindings are indestructible thanks to the highest quality nylon construction available. EVA Bushings are placed underneath for added comfort, and an Asym Women's-Specific Highback balances flex and support for a super controllable and fun ride.

Baseplate
Flite Base – Super lightweight, freestyle oriented design, made out of Dupont™ Zytel® ST with a Lifetime warranty.
Dupont™ Zytel® ST – The highest-quality nylon is used on all Union baseplates to result in strength, safety and security.
Injected EVA Bushings – They dampen vibrations underfoot to promote a more comfortable ride and a smooth, even board flex with no dead spots. Each size comes with its own durometer for custom performance.

Asym Women's-Specific Highbacks – More forgiving lightweight design for optimal comfort.
Straps
Symmetric 3D Direct-Connect Strap System – 3D Multi-Layer Strap Core evenly distributes pressure.
Single-Layer 3D Tapered Strap Core – Evenly distributes pressure and provides fast response.
Toe Cup Design – This female specific design grips to your boot creating consistent control and predictability. The Toe Cup moves vertically for multiple boot to strap positions.

Universal Disks – Compatible with any traditional 4x4 mounting system and 3-hole board patterns. Channel Compatible Discs are available separately from Union to fit Burton snowboards with The Channel.
Grade 8.8 Hardware – The most commonly used hardware is made from "mild steel" that has a property class of only 4.6. Considering how much stress a binding is under, Union uses only the strongest steel on ALL hardware.

Beginner-Intermediate Whether you’re new to the sport or working on linking smooth turns, you fall into this ability level. Typical beginner skis and snowboards are usually built with softer materials, narrower widths, and feature cap construction for an easy to turn, forgiving ride. Beginner-intermediate boots and bindings are also built for ease of use and progression, featuring softer flexes and in the case of ski bindings, quick and safe release from the ski in case of a fall.

Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
