The Union Jib Series Snowboard Bindings are limited edition late release bindings from Union s custom house. The guys at that lab have brought to life a "Franken-binding" made up from spare parts from other Union bindings: the lowback from the Mini Flite, the baseplate from the DLX, the comfy strap from the Contact, all stitched together with some black denim. Featuring all the latest tech that Union could get its hands on, this binding will be able to take anything that you can throw at it (hell, it can take anything that Joe Sexton can throw at it), while still being comfortable enough that you can ride all day.

Extruded Anodized Aluminum Heelcups The strongest and most versatile aluminum heelcup on the market, extruded aluminum comes out 100% pure and maintains its true shape no matter how much wear and tear you inflict. Also, every Union heelcup undergoes an anodizing process—reinforcing the already bombproof apparatus with 30% more strength.
Grade 8.8 Hardware The most commonly used hardware is made from "mild steel" that has a property class of only 4.6. Considering how much stress a binding goes through, Union uses only the highest-strength steel with a property class of 8.8.
