      It's worth noting that Union switched their manufacturing from Italy to China and it shows. The assembly left a lot to be desired on the 2011 model I got, with things glued on slightly off-center and screws far overtightened that easily strip. That being said, once I got it adjusted and on the mountain it performed great. My boots didn't agree with Unions' hyrbid toecap/over-the-heel strap, but replacing it with Burton's toe cap worked fine. Your results may vary. Also looks great with woody Arbor boards!
