The 18% short fiberglass/nylon baseplate is made ultra-strong yet flexible enough for both entry level and pro riders. Extensive laboratory and on-mountain testing ensures that the final products meet the strict performance standards of the Tech Nine Snowboard Team.

Tech Nine Highbacks are made from the toughest custom-blended nylon polymers for just the right amount of flex and comfort, also featuring lightening quick response without the worry of breakage, and the adjustable highback rotation promises a perfect fit and response without interfering with the ankle strap adjustments.

Comfort King II Dual Density EVA ankle straps have a specially configured multi-density EVA array that fits like a velvet glove, only smoother. The Baltimore toe straps are designed to pull the boot down and into the heelcup giving maximum response, and also designed to distribute pressure evenly across the boot to eliminate unwanted pressure points.

All new T9 geometry delivers: the heelcup features a 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum frame that brings the front mounting points forward on the mounting disk for immediate response both on toeside and heelside turns. It also allows the baseplate to be soft laterally without losing leverage and support from front to back. The cast-aluminum ratchets allow riders to ratchet their straps down tightly while minimizing stress on the tool-free quick adjust ladders, along with custom rubber Iogo grips that give more adjusting power in cold and/or wet conditions. The molded toe, disc cover and heel ramp EVA pads work together to fight fatigue and keep you comfortable. The flex and response are tuned for park destruction with a softer feel ready for all parks, from man made resorts to MFM’s favorite natural AK features: this is the classic Technine flex and response.
