Rossignol Cobra Snowboard Bindings 2012: Put on a show for the ladies and look good while doing it in the 2012 Rossignol Cobra snowboard bindings. The new Cobra’s HCX-18 Baseplate is the ultimate combination between responsiveness and shock absorption. The Magnebed 2.5 footbed softens even the flattest landings and the 2.5º of canting adds pop to both cambered and rockered snowboards.
Baseplate
The HC-X 18 (Heel-Cup extruded hollow technology) baseplate is lighter, stronger, better and faster made from Nylon® composite and fiberglass baseplate with an adjustable 6082 T6 aluminum E.H.T. heelcup that’s 50% more responsive with 20% less weight and a tool-free adjustable gas pedal, including an 18% glass fiber ration with mid torsion resistance for more comfort
Straps
Tallboy straps feature 2D full coverage instep padding with a convertible toe strap.
Asymlight buckle levers feature a Asym diecast aluminum construction for durability and lightness.
Highback
3D Asymwrap Highback has an asym shape to incrase comfort especially with wide stances. It maximizes your “butterability” when combined with an asym wrap on the outside edge.
Additional Features
Magnebed 2.5 Footbed uses a full legth EVA footbed with dual density padding, an adjustable toe ramp and a patented magnetic closure system. 2.5 degrees of canting increases nose and tail pressure for better pop and endless butters.

                  Got these bindings for my first board setup w/ the Rossignol One Magtek. They installed fast and easy and seem to be a great trustworthy pari of bindings!! Although I won't be able to assure you of this until Winter time, when I get to put some hours on em'.

                  But overall seem like a lightweight, durable, strong, sexy pair of bindings that I would definitely recommend.

                    I've ridden MANY bindings over the last 12 years and these are just what i've been waiting for the comfort Rossignol's always had in their heal straps with the fit and conformability of k2 & ride's toe straps, ultra light weight and they ride absolutely everything well. From dinky little back yard jibs to jumps and steep icy runs they are supportive with out feeling so stiff that you can't play in them. All around i'd say they're an unreal buy.

                    I use this binding on my resort board mostly freeriding (steeps, trees, natural hits & some man made). Great match for a mid stiff board with freestyle in mind. Canting makes for a comfortable all day ride. Simple heelcup adjustment w/ longer screwdriver. No problems yet!

                      This is the most comfortable binding I have ever owned. I never realized how uncomfortable my previous bindings were until I made the switch to the Cobra binding. The straps are made of a stretchy material that mold to your feet when tightened allowing for all day riding pain free without sacrificing any of the performance. It's very responsive and has performed well for me in a variety of conditions.
