Product Details

Flex

This binding is perfect for a beginning rider who wants a playful and forgiving binding.

Baseplate

SubBase V-PadPartnered with the V-Rod baseplate, the 3D profile of the EVA and rubber sub-base pad fills the lifted corners of the baseplate for the smoothest side-to-side flex.

V-Rod BaseplateA V-shaped baseplate with a "rod" of edge-to-edge contact limits the binding's footprint on the board, which delivers three things: natural board flex, greater binding flexibility side-to-side, and full power from to toe to heel. You get the perfect blend of flex with pop.

V-Rod Unibody6 mm rise in the toe and heel

Straps

OpenForm Toe StrapThis strap grabs the bottom and top of the boot for maximum hold with minimal pressure. Open coverage and lightweight

Highback

Mob HighbackSlightly shorter and rounded near the top to create a playful support level that is needed for a skate feel that is lighter and has ample flex

Comments about Rome Mob Snowboard Bindings 2013:

Good flex, and yet still provides a lot of pop and a comfortable ride. The only flaw I have found it the back adjustment has a tendency to pop open all the time. The binding comes with a backing wrap that I assume is supposed to prevent this but they fell off the first time I went hard on these bindings. Otherwise great all around binding.

Comments about Rome Mob Snowboard Bindings 2013:

I absolutely love these bindings. They're easy to use, so if you're new or want to explore a new binding set up this is the pair to use! They feel lighter than my Malavitas and have about the same stiffness. Flexible enough for tricks and stiff enough to power down the mountain.

These are new, they look great but I can't say how great they are on the mountain. I don't know how they hold up over time.

Comments about Rome Mob Snowboard Bindings 2013:

Great functional bindings that are easy to adjust and to strap in. Only thing that I didn't like about these bindings was the design on the high ankle back. It looks awesome but they aren't attached securely. After two runs they had already fallen off.

Comments about Rome Mob Snowboard Bindings 2013:

I own the 2011 Rome Mob LNP with an Arbor Draft. Good binding for Jibs, jumps a little to soft for all mountian in my opinion, but do-able if you don't like a real responsive binding. Small foot print to match well with freestle type decks.
