Sleek design and sexy materials, combined with lightweight, quality construction make this pair of bindings my wife's favorite. On the slopes they're comfortable, easy to use, and insanely adjustable. On the rack and in luggage they fold down very flat (<4") and compact, I can have ride mounted boards face binding side down on my Yakima roof rack without having to tilt the rack up. Inside my Burton Wheelie Boardcase, I can fit two pairs of Ride MVMNTS (mens size 9-11, wmns size 6-8) in the space that a pair of LRG Burton bindings would take up.

I found these to be cheaply made unfortunately. The first set I bought, the handle for the rachet to tighten down straps broke on one binding on the first day. I had them replaced and since then I've been less then satisfied :( They freeze up constantly so I end up bruising my palm trying to release the straps. The nut and bolt system for the toe straps stripped quickly so I'm constantly having to tighten the toe. After maybe 20 rides on these bindings the heel back support snapped when I landed from barely a 10ft drop and completely bent the frame of the binding! This shouldnt happen. I know most of you think us ladies tend to be lighter in weight and typically not as hard on our equipment because we ride less aggressively then men but SO NOT TRUE! Geesh-- we too want quality please! It's just wrong that ladies gear seems to consistently get the shaft for quality and durability. LAME. Ladies can ride as hard as men and we need more solid equipment and choices like the guys!!

These are great bindings. Easy to get in and out of. I like that the toe strap can be interchangeable between putting it in front of the boot or on top of the boot.

The bindings are excellent because they are fairly easy to strap into and take off, however, sometimes the front strap comes undone while on the mountain.

Comments about Ride Sigma Movement Snowboard Binding - Women's 2008:

I had persistent foot pain throughout most of my riding career, until I found ths bindng. The Sigma bindings are comfy and allow me to ride pain-free, so I now ride Sigmas exclusively and own three pairs. I teach snowboarding full time so comfort is very important to me, and these bindings also perform when I'm riding hard on my days off. One thing to watch out for is that the screws on all parts of the binding loosen, so you have to continually tighten them or risk losing parts of your binding.

I really like these bindings, I have only rode them once, but they are exactly what I expect from Ride bindings! I actually upgrade my Ride VXN to this binding. I have been riding Ride Bindings for 6 years and get in 60+ days a year on my deck.

Comments about Ride Sigma Movement Snowboard Binding - Women's 2008:

These are only my second pair of bindings that I have owned, so not much to compare to. Seem pretty solid/durable so far. They are much slower to get into than my old strap ins, and they do get stuck occasionally when strapping out. The really thick ankle strap is quite comfortable though!
