I own last years model in the day glow yellow, and i love them, lots of flexibility, yet it holds hard to your feet. The convertible toe strap is awsome as it can be used as a toe cap, and it really pushes your foot back in the binding.

I bought a pair about a year ago and loved them. Then until about a month ago, I was riding when I noticed both of my bindings were cracked where the heelcup is connected to the base of the binding. I sent them in to be warrantied and ride was good about getting them repaired and sent back out to me. Then again, after 2 weeks of riding, the same exact spot broke on my left binding. Then the next day, the highback cracked. Great bindings, horrible durability.

Comments about Ride Beta Movement Snowboard Binding 2008:

        These bindings are greatest.
They are light weight and very easy to strap in and out of. They have 'plate cover' and come with shifter plates (for different boot sizes.) They are very durable and made by Ride (So you know it’s good!) The bindings respond wonderfully, and are very appealing. Overall the best binding’s I’ve ever owned.

Very durable bindings. Big jumps, drops, hits (and mishits) on rails/boxes, etc. It takes a beating and keeps on "clicking."

These are my second pair to go with a new board. First pair still holding strong on my other board.

Comments about Ride Beta Movement Snowboard Binding 2008:

My first binding ever - got it from a sales around $110. Feels pretty strong & sturdy; response pretty good. Not made of cheap plastic that would break easy.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the plastic on the toes (not the ankle). A lot of strain seems to apply there I'm afraid in my 3rd or 4th year it'll tear off. But for the price 3 or 4 yrs is very good.

These bindings are great, keeps you strapped in,and the designs are awesome. Ive only had some minor issues with one of the left strap, where it would take several tries to lock tighter. Otherwise, these bindings have treated me wonderfully.

Comments about Ride Beta Movement Snowboard Binding 2008:

Once you actually get the buckles ratcheted and the bindings on, they perform great, but as others have said, these buckles are terrible and do not always catch. I have to sit on my rear and ratchet the buckles forever before they get snug. The release on the buckles are awkward too and a pain. Other than the buckles the bindings are great. Do yourself a favor and get the newer models that have the updated buckles.

Comments about Ride Beta Movement Snowboard Binding 2008:

There pretty good but I expected a lot more from ride and the entry is kind of funky because when you ratchet it on it doesn’t always grab the spike strip. Overall with the retail of [$]looks nice when you get it for half but these aren’t worth over $150. This is my third pair of bindings and my last pair was from dub and if you have had those they suck and are heavy but the ratchet works fine so when I moved up to these bindings I expected them to be a lot nicer.
