Flex Rating: 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – A stiffer flex to support faster speeds and aggressive turning.
Baseplate
Stealth Open Air Baseplate – Provides a medium flex and incorporates the Nitro Mini Disc.
Mini Disc – With a smaller foot print and less impact on the boards flex, Nitro's mini disc sets the standard in disc functionality. The new snap feature lets you choose your binding angle before you mount your bindings.
Nitro Air Dampening – Bags of air absorb every shock to save your back, knees and ankles and let you ride another day.

Asym Jet Highback – Nitro's asymmetrical highback designs are built for the quickest response from rider to board.

Reinforced Cable Connectors – Overmolded stainless steel cables inside of ratchets and connector straps.
Easy Entry Ratchets – These S-curved ratchet straps stay out of your way when stepping into the binding. The wide-mouth buckle funnel helps you guide the ratchet for an ultra fast, precise bite of your buckles.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
