I've really enjoyed learning to ride on these bindings, they function well and are a great value for beginning boarders to progress with. The overall construction feels "cheaper" than on more expensive bindings, but what do you expect for 1/3 the price? I have had these bindings for one season, and they have been pretty solid and comfortable overall. The only problem I had was a lost screw that held the ankle strap to the highback, and I had to pick one up at the local shop. I would recommend checking that everything is tightened down before you go out to avoid this problem! I'm moving up to some Cartels for next season, but would buy these again to learn on, or as an inexpensive but decent option for those low on dough!

you pay for what you get. they feel fine, theyre responsive and comfortable, but i've used it like 6 times and one of the straps broke off. i can screw it back in, so it's not permanent, just constructed cheaply. i bought these bindings with a morrow board initially because it was cheap. plan to upgrade in the relatively near future.

Comments about Morrow Invasion Snowboard Bindings 2009:

I used these bindings for pretty much everything, I don't really stick to one area. Powder, Park, groomers, cliff drops, you name it. I bought these about 2-3 years ago and they've held up pretty well for the riding I've been doing. Definately a good buy for a beginner or someone whose not to comfortable on the mountain still. Anyone who recommends all burton gear or "top of the line gear" to a beginner doesn't know what their talking about. Start cheap and small and eventually you would have saved your money for gear you know more about and aren't afraid of dropping 400-600 on once your ready and willing. It's a cheap bindings that will last you long enough to know what you're doing and is responsive and yet forgiving enough to get you to that point. You do have to watch out for screws coming loose so try to check them over before you go out and when you strap in and out. I've almost lost a strap because of this. Also, it's not easy but you can get the toe strap to act as a around the toe which definately helped out after I started doin that. if you drop it into the rear notch underneath that allows you just enough of an angle to get it around without it slipping while riding. I am getting a pair of flows now though just because I hate taking the time to strap in at the mountain I ride cuz no matter what side you go you have to take two lifts to get to the top, plus one of the ratchets froze just enough to make the spring brittle and snap, still works though just wont reset automatically. Over a good beginner binding that won't break the bank and should last you a good few years
