Comments about K2 Cinch CTS Snowboard Bindings 2013:

These bindings make standing-strap-ins very easy. Nice in-and-outs for skating the flats. The only real downside is your first day out may require extra on-hill tweaks. I spent a lot of time in the house making them a "perfect fit" but still needed to loosen the cable by a half turn on the hill to compensate for slight snow build up. Once I did, they worked perfectly again. I like my straps TIGHT, and could still use the rear entry method with them. They are bigger and bulkier than a more basic design, and heavier than the lightest designs out there, but they don't weigh any more than my 3 year-old Burton Missions; so it's not they're tanks or anything. I like them and am hoping K2 continues to develop Cinch bindings. I used their Clicker system way back in the day and this is the first strap system I've used that comes close to the same speed. I dinged it one star based on the facts that they COULD and hopefully are designed to be lighter, a little more streamlined, and a little less "fiddly".

Comments about K2 Cinch CTS Snowboard Bindings 2013:

great binding construction. K2 kills at this binding. The toe strap does not adjust very well and i find it resting across my toe instead of capping them like its supposed to. the rear entry is awesome and very fast but the reason i marked it down was because when your boot keeps hitting the highback when entering, it begins to wear and tear. nothing that affects preformance so far.

Comments about K2 Cinch CTS Snowboard Bindings 2013:

The only two things about these bindings I don't like is that you can't move the strap mounting angle like I could on my burton custom bindings and I like the control and feel the toe caps on the burton custom bindings. Other than those two things these bindings perform great.

Comments about K2 Cinch CTS Snowboard Bindings 2013:

They were a little bit heavy to me, but that might just be because I'm used to Ride Contraband bindings. Other than that, the entry wast fast and easy and my skier friends don't have to wait up for me anymore.

Just got (it's Sept) so haven't used on slopes.
Instructions were basically pictures that were somewhat difficult to decipher
Adjusting tension on entry/release lever difficult -- have to have binding off, unscrew one screw, and then rotate another screw -- seems to have limited effect
