Flow Prima-SE Snowboard Bindings - Women's 2012

Flow Prima-SE Snowboard Bindings – Women’s 2012: So, your taste in bindings has matured and you’re ready for some top-shelf gear. Step into Flow’s Prima-SE Snowboard Bindings; Flow’s highest performance all-mountain and freestyle binding. Fiber-reinforced hibacks and rockered aluminum baseplates are only a part of what makes these bindings so—insert pun—not to mention Flow’s signature drop down hiback, which fully reclines to easily step into the binding, so you’ll never sit down to strap in again.
Baseplate
A unique rockered aluminum baseplate reduces weight and offers better response by allowing the board to flex more naturally.
EVA basepad and adjustable landing pads ensures the perfect fit, optimal energy transfer from edge to edge, and a chatter-free ride.
Combi-disk has both 4X4 and 3HP hole patterns for both stance width and toe-heel offset adjustability.
Channel-M6 disks are also available for all current Flow models.
Straps
Flow’s I-Flex PowerStrap has a 3D molded core and an internal multiple-panel frame for precise form-fitting to any type for a direct boot-to-binding-to-board feel.
Deep side cutouts provide ideal flex for both freestyle and all-mountain riders.
Two lateral Airframe MINIratchets provide micro adjustments to the exterior corners of the PowerStrap, while tool-less medial coarse adjustments eliminate excess weight.
Highback
NXT hiback shares the design and features of the Ventilated hogback but also features Kush-Control wrapped hiback pad. The pad increases comfort and dempening while the 3D surface adds drive to the lateral side for more powerful turns or presses.
Flow’s Original Reclining Hiback; the hiback drops down so you don’t have to drop your butt onto the snow.
15% fiber-reinforced DuPont Zytel hiback is responsive for precision at high speeds yet flexible enough for tweaked out grabs and longer presses.
EVA-pading gives extra pressure to the lateral edge for more response.
Free+ Snaplock allows for tool-less forward-lean adjustments without having to get out of your bindings.
Additional Features
Flow’s patented PowerTriangle links the hiback directly to the center of the baseplate with a high-tension steel cable, creating a structurally powerful and responsive link between the hiback and baseplate, meaning faster turns with less effort and no wasted energy.
Synchronous Length Adjustment (SLA) allows you to adjust the hiback centering and rotation to your preference while maintaining the ideal PowerTriangle geometry.
Flex Rating 4.5 (1 soft – 5 stiff).

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
