These installed just like any bindings. The included instructions for fitting your boots are adequate. I'd suggest going to Flow's website and watching some of their tutorials on how to set up these bindgins with your boots. There's a right and wrong way to adjust flow bindings properly.

I use these M9s for general all-moutain riding and the flex seems just right on these. Definately a comfy all-rounder. The ratchets, the base, the highback all feel like solid construction. You get the feeling they can take a lot of action.

Been riding ten years, skied for 8 years before that. I currently have some old flow boots where the rubber comes high up the back of the heel and it makes entry and exit very difficult because the back support cannot fold up over the back of my boot! I thought for sure flow boots would be perfect but i guess ten years is too long ago. I tried my bros 7 year old burtons and it was perfect. I have size 11 boots for this xl binding and truly believe the boot makes all the difference. Look for a boot with a smaller foot print and heel and this binding will be perfect.

The bindings are great for easy in and easy out. They are very comfortable and allow for nice shift control. The response is more about foot and ankle and less about shin as the toungue does not come up as far as a traditional front strap binding.

the biggest problem with this bindins is the way to put your bout in. You can`t do it standing on a hill wertically - you must to knock in your leg in the bindig so your board need to be fixed by front edge to the hill and then only close highback.
But it is more faster than put on classic binding. You need only 5-10sec to step in and ready to go!

I will buy next binding FLOW only with NASTY system it resolve all problems

I upgraded my Burton 8-year old bindings, with these and love the ease of use. Getting in them and flipping up the back is too easy not too love the bindings. I don't notice any cons over my older style bindings.

I got this binding for all mountain riding and it rips. I was nervous about switching to a rear entry system and I did a lot of reading and research before buying the M9, but once I snapped in all my fears were put to rest. Just a fun binding. And there is nothing more satisfying than snapping in and leaving all the other boarders still strapping in on top...

I used these bindings for the first time and they worked great. The only issue I had was a little trouble getting in and out of them. As the day went on, i figured it out and it was easier, but still not easy...

They are still MUCH easier than traditional bindings. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for new bindings.

Flow just keeps getting better. Bought these to replace my 10 year old Amp 5 bindings, which at the time were awesome. These are so much better! They are lighter weight, and they have ratcheting adjusters on the top cap so you can tighten them more after you're clipped in. The photo doesn't really show this well, but it works great! I've only used them once so far this season, but I love them! Especially since they lock so much more securely than my old Amp 5s. With those, the lock was coming loose in the middle of the run; with these, you can hear them snap locked and they stay secure for the duration of the run, even on double-black diamond runs. I highly recommend these bindings!

These are great, comfortable bindings. Easy to get in and out of once you get used to them. If you aren't steady on your board I could see these being a problem since you won't be able to get in and out of them sitting down due to the drop down high back. But that's kind of the point, nobody wants to waste time sitting in the snow.

As another reviewer stated, be careful with the boots you get for these. They don't have to be Flow boots, just be careful of boots with the sole that comes up the back of the boot. This tends to catch the high back and can make it a little more difficult to get in and out of the binding.

For those new to these bindings, as I was, the best procedure for getting in and out of these is to loosen one side of the straps and drop the back. This makes it much easier when getting back into the binding as you don't have to readjust all four points again. Just step in, ratchet down and go.

Didn't have any issues with the straps, they were secure, responsive and held up through four long days of riding. They were also easy to clear snow out of, so I didn't have any issues with the straps freezing up. The high back was also easy to make quick adjustments on the mountain so I was able to dial in these bindings pretty quickly.

Used to ride all the time and took a few years off. I have always wanted these, and got them this year to start riding again. Couldn't be happier. Snug/secure like all strap in bindings with the convenience of a step in system. My boots are a different brand so not ideal, but didn't seem to be an issue. Felt good and responsive. Easy instal and great quality.

Not 100% confident in the strength of the buckles yet. They're fine, it's just that they feel very light. I guess I'll need a season or two to to feel them out. But so far very happy with the bindings. They feel great. I was hestiant at first about switcing over to the flow style bindings, but I'm glad I did.

I haven't actually used the product because we don't have snow in Michigan yet, but they seem to be built decent. There is a lot of plastic but the main areas seem to be strong. The ratchet bindings seem to work pretty well and they are light weight compared to my older burtons. I really preferred the flow rear entry which is why i went with them and i'm happy with my choice. My board is a burton channel board so the only negative is you need to spend money on a disc to make the two brands work together.

These binding have a very thick baseplate. Which did not allow the provided screws to interface with the board correctly. The screw heads rested on the insert plate when attempting to insert into board, instead of having a gap which would indicate the mount of thread engagment when tightened down. Would not recommend these bindings if inserts are recessed below top of board more than a 2 millimeters. My board has inserts about 3 mm below the topsheet. Contacted Flow and was told they only have 1 size of bolt and I should just push down on the screw with all of my weight and get the screws to engage at least 2 threads deep. Local snowboard shop refused to mount bindings due to lack of screw engagement and they did not have longer bolts which they could provided. I was able to get the screws on one binding to engage 1.5 turns, 1.75 turns, 2 turns and 2.5 turns. I feared breaking loose te inserts if I used more force to tighten further. Did not attempt to mount second binding.

Do not understand why they can not provide longer bolts since, Flow knows the baseplate is very thick and most of the bolt can never engage with inserts. Screws 2 to 3 mmilliters longer would go in much better and not even come close to bottoming out in the insert.

Regret to having to return due to this interface issue which can only be placed on Flows inability to provide long enough bolts. Would have loved to have been able to use these bindings since they were highly recommended by a snow board patroler.

This binding is much easier to enter than traditional ratchet straps. My boot size is 11.5 so I bought the XL. Seems like the binding fits good even though I am on the lower end of adjustability. Send more snow, please.

I have a progression of Flow bindings on my 3 boards. All afford easy entry, consistent binding force and fast access to the mountain. The M9 is on the rev. camber board which is the quickest of the bunch but the bindings all load and lock just like the rest, simple and certain, think about the run....

Bought these for a trip next winter to BC. These bindings exceeded all my expectations, their designed well and look awesome. Can't believe this is my first rear entry bindings, never going back to other bindings. You want speed from lift to starting your run, these are exactly what you need. Adjustable angle and support as well, very simple.
