I bought these binding before christmas and use then chritmas day and the were amazing. the response was unreal. the qick release on the highback makes getting in and out so easy. I went with a friend who skis and he even said that he use to hate having to wait for me to strap in, but this year he didnt have to wait at all. over all they are just a great binding. I would recomemend them to anyone.

The ratchet comes loose sometimes and you have to stop to tighten it so you don't eat it. other than that, once you have adjusted the binding to fit your boot PERFECTLY they are extremely easy to get your boot in and out.

This is the third Flow Binding I have owned...as with all Flows, takes a while to get it dialed in but once you do - solid performer on the hill and ease of entry lets you snake the best powder lines while your buddies are still strapping in...

Cons - they Flows are heavier than strap in bindings and are bit more pain to travel with (high backs don't fold down as well as strap in bindings). But for riding at the resort - the pros far outweigh the cons...
