Flow Isis-AT Snowboard Bindings - Women's 2014

The Flow Isis-AT Snowboard Bindings might look a little understated at first glance, but this all-new binding is far from that. Delivering great foot-to-board connection, precise fit and support and a super comfy feel, there is really nothing left to wish for.
Flex
Flex Rating: 6 (1 Soft - 10 Very Stiff) - A stiff flex for advanced to expert riders looking for a stable and responsive binding.
Baseplate
Molded GF-Nylon Rockered Baseplate - Engineered to transmit energy directly to the board without loss of efficiency. The minimized contact area with the board channels your power where it needs to go while the rockered corners of the baseplate allow any type of board to maintain optimal flex.
BankBeds - BankBeds are full-length EVA-footbeds with 2.5 degree canting for optimized fit, support, and energy transfer. Featured on the NX2, Fuse, and ISIS series.
Straps
Fusion Power Strap - The Fusion PowerStrap is 3D-shaped, fuses the ankle and toe zones over the midfoot, and is padded for a super comfortable form-fit to your boot. This PowerStrap provides maximum support and energy transmission.
LSR Buckles - These innovative LockingSlapRatchet buckles give you the option to easily get in and out of your bindings any which way you like, whether SpeedEntry or SideEntry.
Active Strap Technology - SpeedEntry has never been more convenient without sacrificing the superior performance, comfort and power transmission that Flow bindings are famous for. With their revolutionary New Active Strap Technology (N.A.S.T.Y.), the strap automatically lifts you up when you open the reclining hiback and actively tightens again when you close the hiback. N.A.S.T.Y. reduces friction and creates more room so that getting in and out of your binding is faster and easier than ever.

Highback
ModBack Hiback with Molded GF-Nylon Heelcup - The modular hibacks separate the lower and upper zones for targeted strength, support, and flex where you need it. On the NX2, Fuse, and ISIS series, the lower zone also automatically triggers N.A.S.T.Y.
The Original Reclining Hiback - The fully flat reclining hiback is a pivotal part for the fastest SpeedEntry.
Additional Features
Power Triangle - The steel cable creates a structural triangle geometry for optimal energy transfer from highback to baseplate.
GF-Nylon offset (3 mm) multi-disk for 4x4. 3HP, and channel-M6

Specs

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Stiff
    Stiff
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
