The only problem I had with the binding was that one of the screws wasnt threaded correctly. Instead of dealing with a possible return I stole a screw from another binding. The top looks different but no one will see that. No big deal.

I like the easy entry exit of the binding. I use to have so many problems with the usual 2 strap bindings and my feet falling asleep. It was always too loose, tight, and uncomfortable in all the wrong places. These are great! Once you figure out your preferred tight loose or whatever you never have to touch it again. Pop your boot in and your done! No more sitting for 5 minutes and hoping you don't have to adjust again every 30 feet. Now I wait on my friends and I don't stop during a run!

Really light, quick to get in and out of

Cable wears where it touches the back of the binding. I own four sets of flow bindings and only the newer ones have the cable problem.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

I've always riden traditional bindings and wanted to be able to just hop in and go without all the ratcheting. I had these setup in 2 runs and havent touched them since. They ride softer than traditional bindings and at first I found myself having to over compensate for that, which felt weird. One run later I'm hooked and dialed in. I used to have discomfort by the end of the day with traditional bindings. Not anymore, these things are just amazingly comfortable and easy to ride. Would never go back to traditional bindings again.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

If what you are looking for is easy entry/exit then the Flow Flite bindings are the best out there.

I am stuck doing the majority of my skiing in the midwest on hills where the total elevation change is under 300'. Because of this I can easily get 60-80 runs in a day so having to strap in/out of traditional bindings is slow, annoying, and can get tiring by the end of the session. For this use, the Flow bindings are awesome. They attach to the board easily, they adjust easily, they are quick to get in/out. I can actually slide off the top of the chair lift and strap in without even stopping and head straight down the hill. All of those things are PROS.

The only minor complaint that I have is that when I am jumping over the big 10' jumps and doing spins and grabs the bindings are a bit too loose and really provide fairly minimal support to the ankle and lower leg past what is provided in the boot when landing. I probably need a few steps up the Flow line for this. If I know the big ramps are open and if I plan on doing them, I swap the bindings out for my traditional Burton bindings then maybe at lunch or when I need a break for a while I will swap the Flow Flites back on. For doing simple rail slides and small jumps the Flow Flite work just fine.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

You might wonder why They are both easy and difficult to enter/release. Until you break them in they can be a bit difficult, and depending on the heel of your boot its either easy or difficult to pull up the back. The rubber on the boot grips the back of the binding and sometimes its a bit of work. Also sometimes its hard to disengage the click release and my thumbs get sore after a long day of boarding. Other than that they flex a bit from side to side which I actually like. The second time I went boarding I was enjoying them thoroughly! I do like them better than my old Solomon SP3 bindings.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

Was really excited to try some quick release bindings. I wear a 10 mens boot and the bindings which were supposed to be fine up to an 11. However I found that it was not easy to slip in and out. To be fair that may have come with time. However.. After 30 minutes of riding we went into the Yurt for some refreshment and upon returning I realised that the clip that held the back of the binding on had gone. No where to be seen. Tried riding it down the mountain since we were way up and ended up hitting the ice. Cracked tailbone and mild concussion (that was with helmet). Frankly i think its a case of you get what you pay for. I would not recommend these at all. The only positive was that I loved the one piece across the foot. Very comfy and a big shame.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

Bindings are good; however, they took some adjusting.

Easy to install on my board. But, I have size 12M feet and it took some time to get straps adjusted so I could step in and out. However, I still can't just step in without tweaking the straps some. I board fakey & regular so I tend to ratchet down the straps pretty tight (as both feet end up steering). So, don't expect these bindings to make it so you never have to tweak your bindings on each run. That said, once tweaked at the top of each lift, I found these to have good support.

Overall, I think they are worth the money and will be an asset to any boarder.

Comments about Flow Flite Snowboard Bindings 2014:

Flow bindings were recommended by a friend as easy entry to maximize ride time. They were right. These are easy to get into and out of leaving out the need to waste time sitting at the top of the run. My 11 year old daughter even got a pair of kids Flow bindings and loves them. Getting them set right takes a couple times once on the mountain but from that point there is no need for adjustments. Overall I would definitely recommend them. It's nice getting off the lift, stepping into them and snapping up the highback instead of the process of sitting and buckling up.
