I love the look and feel of these bindings. The only con is- my right adjustable strap is [*]. It would never go in straight! I finally found a trick to make it go in. I just didn't understand because the left strap always went in correctly. Overall- they are lightweight and pretty!

Bought these bindings because I have rode on Burton Customs before. Really disappointed because the bindings do not fit at all with my 32 boots. I cannot wear Burton boots as my feet are normal width and Burton makes thin boots. This causes me issues because my boots do not fit snug in the binding and leaves about a cm gap where it does not sit on the binding at all, making going from heelside to toeside harder than it should.
In addition to that issue, they are tough to get out of! I'm not a girly girl but I snapped my nail through my mitts trying to get the things open!
Another annoying part is the toe caps. They suck. You get halfway down the hill and you have to tighten them as they don't fit tight to your boots and slide up.

Needless to say, I wont be buying Burton bindings ever again, nor would I recommend them to any of my friends. They look nice but thats it. Kinda like a hot guy whos an airhead and breaks stuff-you're worse off with them than without.

Comments about Burton Escapade Snowboard Bindings - Women's 2009:

these bindings are amazing. they have super comfortable straps with a cool air cushion on the ankle strap. they are the first bindings i have ever owned that don't hurt at all.

the only drawback is the base plates. the ones for burton boards (3-hole) are padded and make a complete surface for your foot when mounted. The 4 hole plates aren't padded and desperately need to be. I ended up using a hairdryer to remove the padding from the 3-hole plates and then carefully sticking it onto the 4-hole plate. My boyfriend did something similar with sticky stomp pads from Burton for his disc/board problem.

Awesome bindings but I use 32 boots and I had to get a size bigger because 32 boots are so wide :) Little tricky sometimes on the release but otherwise than that, easy to instal and awesome design!

Comments about Burton Escapade Snowboard Bindings - Women's 2009:

I ride a Burton Feelgood with Salomon Ivy Boots size 6.5.
The medium bindings were a good fit for both. I would've got the small bindings as my last pair were small but evo advice was to get the medium. They were right.
I have problems with heel lift and the combo of the boots and these bindings help keep me feeling snug.
I don't ride the pipe so can't say how'd they go there.

Comments about Burton Escapade Snowboard Bindings - Women's 2009:

Don't get me wrong, it's a good binding and does what it should, but some of the construction feels cheap. The "metal" strip on the heel cup is just a piece of plastic, some of the hardware on the straps is starting to rust after only one season, and the ankle strap seems a little short (it's difficult to get the ratcheting to start).

All in all, if you're getting them on sale then they're worth it. But I would not pay full price for these.
