Salomon Dumont Skis 2010: Holder of the world quarter pipe record, Simon Dumont is at it again with his signature ski, the Salomon Dumont. Built with a full word core, the Salomon Dumont Skis offer on snow stability and wider edges to provide increased durability and shock resistance without sacrificing flex. From the steep, icy walls of the pipe, to all-mountain crud, Simon skis it all and so do the Salomon Dumont Skis.

  • Core and Flex Pattern:Full wood core from tip to tail offers optimum stability on snow and powerful rebound maximizes ski/snow contact and filters vibrations. The Salomon Dumont Skis also feature wider edges for increased durability and imported shock resistance without sacrificing flex. // Salomon’s Pulse Pad offers an elastomer layer along the front of the ski and edge for better shock absorption and anti-vibration for smoother and softer ski/snow contact.
  • Construction:Sandwich Sidewall construction offers extraordinary smooth ski/snow contact and great terrain adaptation. Salomon’s Edge Armor links the edges of the ski with a polyethylene fiber cord for extremely durable edges from slaying rails to buttering boxes. // P-tex 4000 is a very high molecular density base perfect for gliding and provides excellent wax absorption and great abrasion resistance.
  • Shape:The Salomon Dumont skis feature a wide body shape versatile enough for the steep, icy pipe walls as well as the all-mountain crud.
  • Binding Compatibility:Compatible with ski bindings brake widths between 90-105mm

Comments about Salomon Dumont Skis 2010:

I have given these skis a beating and they always deliever. They react brilliantly on all sorts of jumps and their stiffness makes landing that much easier. They are not the greatest skis for people who are just starting in the park but once you are decent they will just keep getting better. If you are into mostly jibbing and grinding get some different skis these are ment for flying, they still preform on rails and boxes but they are best on jumps.

Comments about Salomon Dumont Skis 2010:

Great all-round ski. Used them for a week so far at Snobird and Park City. Very stable and strong ski. A little on heavy side. Great onbig jumps. I destroyed two pairs of AR6's in less than a month but these seem super durable. Sturdy and fun ski.
