Comments about Roxy Broomstix Skis Women's 2009:

I got these for my girlfriend last Christmas. They were a big step up for her in terms of stiffness, width, and length. She was timid at first but after a couple days on these she's been skiing fast and charging through the new england icebumps. These skis have made her a more confident and better skier all around! Great purchase.

Comments about Roxy Broomstix Skis Women's 2009:

I absolutely love these skis and would buy them again any day. I'm 5'8/180 lbs and got a 168. I wish I would have gone a hair shorter but I am adjusting quickly. These skis are way wider than my old ones (old ones were a 62 waist)and I feel like I can sail over everything. They are very responsive. The only thing I would change about the ski is the black top coat, it seems to scratch easily.

Comments about Roxy Broomstix Skis Women's 2009:

Being an east coast skier, I'm mostly used to hard packed, or even icy conditions. However, we do (occasionally) get some good powder, so I needed a ski to perform well in both. The broomstix are fantastic! I love them. They are fast, but I always feel like I have control. They are good on the hard packed, and good in the powder as well. I'm not much of a park skier, so I am not entirely sure how they would perform. However, they do have flex so I'm sure they would be great. Overall a wonderful ski!! Definitely recommended!

Comments about Roxy Broomstix Skis Women's 2009:

I ride these skis primarily in the park and pipe, but they are not restricted to that by any means. Overall they make a great all mountain ski as well. They hold up cruising down the groomers at higher speeds, solid as a rock. A side cut that allows for easy carving as well. In the park they are stiff enough to hold up to rails but the tips offer more flex which makes then great for the halfpipe.

Comments about Roxy Broomstix Skis Women's 2009:

The Broomstix is without a doubt the best ski I have used to date. I spend the majority of my time in the park, but this ski is also great in powder, for carving and in the bumps! It’s slightly wider than previous models and feels much more solid than all the women’s skis I have previously used. The sidecut works well in the park while also allowing you to enjoy early morning carving turns. And the graphics are great, love the black sketches with a touch of hot pink! I’m very impressed with what Roxy has put together with this new ski and can’t wait to see what they come out with next!

I skied the Broomstix last winter in Utah and I was amazing by the versatility of this ski. You can take this ski in the park but it skis really well all over the mountain. Stable on the groomers, fairly wide tip floats off piste and the Broomstix were quick through the bumps. I love the graphic and had a blast on this ski.

This ski is perfect for the park and pipe but is also a wonderful all around ski. It floats through the powder, is a touch wider than the 2008 broomstix, allowing for more stability in the park and pipe. It even rips through the moguls.
