Woah! I demoed a pair of B3s at the Bird and really was impressed. Found the B3 to carve great in the soft but knew I needed a ski that could stand up to harder snow when "skiing" (not really skiing) in the midwest. Thought I'd go to a B2 for the versatility on harder snow. These things rock! They will hold on very hard snow at rather high speed, hit crud, transition very well from soft to hard without loosing an edge and ride high in fresh snow. I'm sold to say the least. I skied hard the other day and late in the day let these things go and found a new gear that I did not expect. Can't wait to get on them again. Note I took 182s and they fly. I know I could ski a 176 and would if all I did was steep and never did fast open runs.

Ok this is a good overall ski but i got talked into buying a ski that i realy didnt want. I now no that this is not a good park ski. Even if your getting this ski because you think that it can give you a good mountain ski and park ski, dont. because thats not it. I got it for that but its primarily just for regular runs and stuff.

Comments about Rossignol Bandit B2 Skis 2007:

Easy to control, smooth ride, handled powder at the top of the mountain and spring skiing at the bottom! I loved these skis. I would have given them 5 stars, but this is the first pair of skis I've owned, I've always rented, so I don't have a lot of experience.

Comments about Rossignol Bandit B2 Skis 2007:

I had pretty high expectations from the other reviews and from friends who had these. Finally got them mounted with Look 110 bindings and had a great time on very icy conditions in the Northeast.

They were able to hold on and cut pretty much anything I threw at them. Highly recommended!

          Service and delivery comments:

Great price and service from Evogear. Recommended to all of my friends.

I just finished some end of the season/spring sking and my Bandit B-2's performed great. From early morning hardpack to afternoon slush plus a little off trail sking to see how they worked in the crud and they shined. Love 'em!

Comments about Rossignol Bandit B2 Skis 2007:

So it searved me well, however, the "bounce" was gone super fast. They lay flat on each other after half a season. the tips chiped and became finger graters. If you like to ski hard, pick something else. For advanced skiiers that have a more relaxed approach to skiing, could be good. I mounted tourbindings on them, and did have some fun, but those skiis got tired really fast.

Until this year, I always skied my straight skis, never a shaped ski. Then, I got the Rossi B2 Bandits, and, boy, are they stable and quick -- great ride.

If you only have one ski, this is the one to have. Great in all conditions, except only passable on ice. Mine is a 174cm, which seems perfect for my 5'-10" and 190#s. After 27 years, this is my first shaped ski and I love it. My last skis were 203cm Dynastar Vertical Assaults, which you had to do everything right on or you were in trouble. The B2 Bandits are so forgiving, even when I screw-up, I don't go down.
