Moment Reno Jib Skis 2011: Moment didn’t want light weight at the price of durability- especially in a park ski. That’s why the Moment Reno Jib Ski 2011 was made with aspen and carbon fiber to give it air-loving lightness and pop, with UHMW sidewalls, ash stringers, and Moment’s CDS dampening system to soak up the abuse. Hand-built for spins and rails with complete dimensional symmetry, there’s nothing like it on the park scene. Go ahead and hit it – the Reno Jib will smack you right back.
Shape
Traditional camber profile gives you camber underfoot and maintains edge pressure when flexed into an arc and provides strength and rebound
Construction
UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) sidewalls are extremely light, durable, and resistant to separation
4001 DuraSurf sintered base can take a beating while staying fast. They are harder and have better wax absorption than extruded bases. Moment uses sublimated graphics to eliminate the cracking and peeling common on die-cut bases
carbon fiber stringers provide more pop and snap and are extremely strong and lightweight
VDS dampening system
Triaxial fiberglass, woven in a 0°/45°/-45° fashion, provides maximum strength and resistance against twisting
Flex
Moment uses Aspen/Ash wood core on skis that really take a beating. Ash provides amazing binding retention, strength and dampening. Aspen adds durability and lighter weight to the core.

        The skis was designed for park and its the best tool for it. super low swing weight. Its soft and popy for butters and rails and stable for jumps. May be a little soft for all over the mountain but thats not what it was designed for anyway. Killer ski!

            The first pair of Moments delaminated on the first day of use. I contacted evo and they instructed me on the warrenty process. The skis were replaced and we have had no problems since. The cusotmer service we recieved both from evogear and Moment was second to none. I have made several puchases over the years from evogear and will continue to in the future. I have recommeded your buisness to several of my (skiing) friends.
