Shape
Twin Rocker is the most playful of all the Moment camber designs. It features a flat profile underfoot with an early-rising rockered tip and tail. Designed for powder, this profile surfaces quickly, allowing you to float, pivot and smear turns in variable snow without catching an edge.
The Moment Ghost Chant Skis are symmetrical for uninhibited switch riding for days.
Construction
UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) sidewalls are extremely light, durable, and resistant to separation.
4001 DuraSurf sintered bases can take a beating while staying fast. They are harder and have better wax absorption than extruded bases. Moment uses sublimated graphics to eliminate the cracking and peeling common on die-cut bases.
VDS dampening system is placed over the edges and in several other key locations to mellow any harsh vibrations.
Triaxial fiberglass, woven in a 0°/45°/-45° fashion, provides maximum strength and resistance against twisting.
Flex
A new core for Moment, Bamboo is a quick growing environmentally friendly grass that becomes a lightweight and extremely durable core. Laminated vertically it provides for a responsive and damp flex. You can flex the crap out of these skis and they rebound better than Dwight Howard.
Binding Compatibility
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15 mm wider.
