Demoed a ton of skis in this 100-115 width during a this big snow year in Alaska. Skied everything them from waist deep to sheer ice and they are awesome. They seem perfect for Coastal conditions. They are a little squirly on really icy hardpack so you have to ease off the throttle a bit but otherwise great. Im 6-2 225lbs, ski black and some double black and have the 186's. Great choice for pushing yourself and building confidence in deeper and steeper.

Used at Baker with 11 inches of snow. Conditions ranged to untouched power to chopped crud to groomers as the day progressed. These handled all conditions well. In powder, no nose dive, easy to turn. Handled like a powder ski should. In crud, this ski excels. Powerful, will charge through unlike any other ski I have ever tried. You do need to drive and command the ski, otherwise it will own you. In groomers, holds it edge. Can make any shape turns. It is a heavy ski, but you do not feel it in the snow. A dialed in ride.

This ski is absolutely amazing. I had them out in 11 inches of new powder to very, very firm groomers after rain the previous day. In deep powder, handles great. Great float, no nose dive. Agile and nimble. Once the powder became chopped up, this ski really excels. Just rides over everything, very damp. No getting tossed around. I feel that this is where this ski outshines the rest. On very firm groomers, held its edge and turned like a much narrower ski. I am absolutely shocked by how well it handled the almost icy groomers. I mean this not just for a 115mm waisted ski, but for all skis in general. There is nothing this ski cannot do, and do it well. A little heavy, but I do not feel the weight at all while riding. It is a charger; you do have to ride it aggressively. If you do however, your efforts will be so richly rewarded. One of the best skis I have ever ridden.

This ski has balls. What it lacks in agility the ski makes up for in chargability. Also the Influence make for an excellent landing platform. You could land a 747 on them. The Influence chews up the crud and spits out big, fast carves. I would recommend the Influence 115 for the bigger skier who goes fast and hucks.

Line has redesigned the 115s for 2013 to be more of a straight-lining big mtn ski. Too bad, they had something special with these bad boys: big, damp all-mtn pow skis with backbone that can mix up turn shapes and build confidence on everything from boilerplate to bottomless.

These things are waaay more agile than you might imagine from their size and Sith-like appearance. My buddies skiing old Mantras have been shocked by how I can hug the side of the trail with quick little slalom turns once these things are up to speed.

The only limitations of the Influence 115 would probably be performance in steep icy moguls (I defer to my more forgiving Bacons when I wannna actually have fun skiing bumps) and the fact that they are by no means a freestyle ski. Of course that's not what they're intended for, so it's a limitation but not a failure of the design.

If you're mainly into tricks, zipperlining bumps, or want something with a super playful feel, look elsewhere for a one-ski quiver. Otherwise, aggressive skiers who like to mix it up and want to be ready for pretty much anything will find the 2012-edition 115s nearly impossible not to love.

I had a great day on the Line 115s. They are highly responsive and able to plow through heavy snow, while also providing excellent floatation. When caught on groomers you'll definitely be able to pop between turns.

I got these skis with high hopes wanting a ski that would float in the powder but still be strong enough to power through the cascade concrete the day after a powder day and the mountain is all skied out. This ski is exactly what I hoped it would be. They even hold a good edge on the groomers and even the ice. I am so impressed by the terrain that this 115mm waisted ski can bomb through. All the right things in all the right places make this ski my new go to boards for anyday on the hill! Just make sure that you like to go fast because that is what this ski wants.

These are maybe the best skiis I have ever ridden. They seem to turn with a thought rather than an effort. They are strong and I am in agreement with other reviewers in that these skis require you to ski them, or they will ski you. Today was the first time I have ever skied wide skiis, and I felt comfortable right away. I definetly will have to get in better shape to keep up with these boards, but that is not the ski's fault. These 115's motor through the deep and heavy and due to recent dumps here in E Washington I have yet to ski them on ice but other reviewers have skiied some boiler recently and they say they do well there too. I was playing in the margins of the runs like I was 20 again, and I have had 20+ seasons since then. I did upgrade recently with new Lange 120RX boots, and those definetly made a difference, but these skis just Rock. I probably would have given this 5 stars but I know that the ski industry is awake again and the new stuff is most likely to only get better.

If you are not the best skier on the mountain these skis will give you the confidence to act like you are. Line's thick Maple Block Core provides rock solid stability underfoot. A slight rockered tip provides easy turn initiation with killer flotation.

This ski can go through it all. I skied this on a warm and heavy day at Stevens Pass with 6" of new. Super fast and strong. This ski charges the mtn.

The 115 is powerful, stable and a great ski for wide open bowls. It requires a bit more effort, meaning it likes to be skied hard or it skis you. But if you like to push it the 115 is up for any challenge you put it up to and then some. At slow speeds it's nice to have that tuned up tail making it easy at slow speeds.

This ski demands to be driven hard. The combination of wood and metal in this ski allows it to be pushed to the limit of near insanity. This ski can float very well, but still track very well getting back to the lifts. It is a little bit heavier than other similar skis, so it is definitely not for the faint of heart. Oh, and all black graphics definitely add style points.
