Laminates
All Basalt - Basalt is produced in a clean, pure process consisting of high heat and absent of toxic additives. Not only is it safer for humans, it’s easier to recycle. Basalt fiber has strength properties much higher than fiberglass and better damping properties for a smooth ride.
Topsheet
Bio-Plastic Beans - Lib Tech has made a commitment to using a new earth friendly, bio-plastic top skin made from beans that features the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any top sheet in the industry.
Base
Sintered UHMW - A super tough base material that holds wax well due to its compression formed amorphous polymer structure.
Edges
Magne-Traction™ - Adds edge hold and focuses the control and power under your feet where your balance is centered. Each bump or serration is strategically sized and positioned. The most aggressive bumps are in the center near and under your boot for maximum edge hold and control. The bumps are progressively less aggressive out towards the tips and tails creating catch-free user friendly tips and tails.
Additional Features
Correct Sandwich Construction - SUPER LIGHT SPIN WEIGHT! The perfect blend of pickles and mustard. UHMW sidewalls, Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls, torsionally loose.
Horsepower Construction - Features all BASALT, no traditional fiberglass, BEANS top material, and Columbian Gold Eco Timber Core. Volcanic Organic Power Banana performance.
Binding Compatibility
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15 mm wider.

Specs

  • Terrain: All-Mountain
    All-Mountain
All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.
  • Ability Level: Advanced-Expert
    Advanced-Expert
Whether you charge the steepest lines, carve with race-like precision, hit the biggest jumps or halfpipes; advanced to expert level skis/snowboards are for the more aggressive rider. You will often find the addition of layers of metal, carbon, bamboo, or other stringers in these. These features work to make a stiffer ski/snowboard with more power and rebound.
  • Rocker Type: Rocker/Camber/Rocker
    Rocker/Camber/Rocker
Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as will as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
  • Core/Laminates: Wood
  • Tail Type: Full Twin Tip
    Full Twin Tip
Desinged to allow you to ski backwards, full twin tips are found primarily on park & pipe skis and freestyle powder skis. More and more, we are seeing twin tips on all-mountain skis of all abilities, as it makes it a little easier to get around, and for the most part does not inhibit forward skiing.
