I have been telemark skiing for 20 years. Once I left the leather boots and long, skinny, shapeless skis behind I bought K2 shaped Tele skis with inserts...love the insert concept, hate to see it go away...I have owned several different pairs of K2's, they never disappoint. Generally I go with the softer powder skis or all around skis, but this year the snow drought in Utah left a lot of hard pack/ice to ski on, my powder skis weren't cutting it. Found these She's Piste at a great price at Evo and they were perfect for the hard pack. Easy to turn and hold a great edge. Very fun. Now we are getting the powder, so I have put them up for now. They would probably handle any thing but powder pretty well.

I use these for skinning uphill...they are light and when I'm motivated - fast! I still need to work on the downhill as they usually try to kill me...but thats due to my lack of skill! Really very happy with this purchase.

great in variable terrain and groomers, even predictable flex, excellent control with trailing ski, exceptional for quick transitions

These are great, I matted a pair of Voile bindings to them for my wife's first tele skis. She was nailing tele turns on her first day ever on skis (I transfered to tele 3 years ago from snowboarding and the wife finally wanted to try it) She loves it and hasn't used her board all year now. These are great beginners skis and handle well on the east coast packed mountains. Hit up some 30" powder too in em and they worked great for her.

Being an accomplished alpine skiier,I thought I would take a tele lesson and I enjoyed it very much. I love my K2 Burning Luvs, so I wanted to stay with K2s. Takes a while to adjust to the lightness of them. I am not comfortable to get into the moguls yet,but that is only a matter of time. I will need a more aggresive ski down the road, maybe She Devil?

these skis are great on the groomers. they chatter a little bit, but it goes away as you find you balance points. the skis are super lightweight!!! I have the 174 and i just started tele-ing with a long history/background in alpine skiing. it was a great transition ski. easy ski to rip down the groomers. you can get through powder with them, but i would definitly say it is not a first choice for a powder ski....the name alone gives that away.

These Tele's ROCK!!!! They are great on hardpack, soft powder, nice and tight in the turns, and really carve well. These skis took me from beginner to intermediate!
