K2 Seth: Designed, tested, and approved by Seth Morrison, K2’s new big mountain ski isn’t only outrageous in appearance, but in design as well. Whether it’s raging big mountain lines, the deepest powder, or laps through the park – the new K2 Seth can tackle everything. The K2 Seth vicious ski gets this versatility using Progressive Sidecut technology with a deeper radius sidecut in the tip and less in the tail. The K2 Seth is the tool that provides a diverse approach to skiing.

  • Triaxial Braided:This patented and proprietary technology wraps an interlocking fiberglass weave around the skis wood core at 38 degrees to provide a strong, lightweight ski with optimum torsional stiffness.
  • Progressive Sidecut:Progressive Sidecut provides wider waist skis with more versatility to be used in all conditions. Sidecut progressively increases as you move up the length of the ski from the tail to the tip. This provides confident and quick initiation on hard snow, while allowing easy release in powder and crud.
  • Torsion Box Sidewall:Torsion Box construction is K2's most widely used, yet simplest lay-up because of its versatility and its ability to create so many different kinds of skis depending on the amount of flex and torsion designed into the construction. Torsion box’s construction tends to have lively and energetic characteristics that provide a high degree of rebound and performance.
  • ABS Sidewall, Tip and Tail Rivets, 3.5 mm steel Edges
  • High Performance Big Mountain Twin

Comments about K2 Seth Skis 2007:

I have found that this ski works well everywhere for me. The sidecut allows for more turn control from you not the ski. Graphics will set you apart from the rest as long as your bro doesn't have the same pair next to you on the chair lift.

I ski the 189. Mounting forward helps give a more even pressure distribution (+2 to +5). At 155lbs and 5'10" I find the ski to be a total package for me. In super deep snow I perfer the AK ENEMY, previously the MADEN AK. Those days are far and few between for me though.

Comments about K2 Seth Skis 2007:

These skis are extremely powerful and require an equal amount of power input to make them react the way they were designed. Push your toe into your boot and rock your hips and these skis will take your for a ride. Havn't had an epic powder day yet, but CRUD was no competition. The skis only have two problems: 1.)No control on ice, 2.) MADE IN CHINA (K2 being an American company should know better)

Comments about K2 Seth Skis 2007:

these skis are sick. they are great for everywhere i go in the park with them every day if there isnt powder and they killed it there too. they float great in the deep stuff. and are wide that makes for very stable landings off cliffs or jumps or whatever you are jumping off of. they have a very big twin tip so you can ride threw powder switch they are sick.

Comments about K2 Seth Skis 2007:

Simply Amazing... Just got on the Seth's today and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Extremely Stoked!!! It is INCREDIBLE how you can ATTACK the MountaiN on these sticks!!!

Cons = Bit Soft, Scratch Easily, In-Between Sizes

(Trust me - it was hard to find a con about this ski.)

PROS = Amazing All Mountain Ski. From cruisin the groomers to RockiN the Park to Atackin the Big Pow - the Seth's held their own and then some! I wish they were offered in a 184(5) as high speed ON groom is a bit "chattery" - and wish they were maybe just a slight bit stiffer. But hey - the ski is made for Raging the Big Mountain and that is exactly what the Seth's will do!!!

If you want a Big Pow ski that can cross over and Rock the Park and lay some edge on the groomed - BUY THE SETH'S. K2 got this ski right! Trust me - I am as picky and hard to please as it comes - K2 and EVOGEAR get my full applause (Make it ClaP ;)

And let me suggest to hit up EVOGEAR when purchasing. These guys ROCK - Great service at an AMAZING price...

Thanks Brad and EVOGEAR - You guys are the Shi%!
