Product Details

Rocker Type

All-Terrain RockerDesigned for all ability levels, All-Terrain Rocker adds versatility and ease in all snow conditions. This profile features an elevated tip for variable and soft snow performance, as well as camber underfoot for power, energy, and edgehold in firmer conditions.

Sidecut

Bi-Directional SidecutThe tip is only slightly wider than the tail. This allows the ski to perform exceptionally well while skiing forward while the taper enables the skier to enjoy stable and consistent switch riding.

Core

BioFlex 3A combination of 80% dense Aspen core underfoot is fused with 20% lightweight Paulownia at the tip and tail to increase performance with blended Bamboo throughout for strength and durability.

Laminates

Triaxial BraidTriaxial braiding consists of braiding fiberglass around a wood core to enhance torsional rigidity and add control. Developed in 1988 by K2 engineers, the patented triaxial braiding machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled wood core. This unique method produces skis with great torsional strength while maintaining the lively flex patterns inherent in wood.

Sidewalls

ABSorb TwinTech SidewallThis construction sandwiches a urethane layer in between ABS for shock ABSorption lessening the impact of harsh landings. Urethane is used underfoot to maximize the dampening, but ABS is used toward the tip and tail to maximize performance and edge control.

Base

Swap BaseSki bases are made with inverse colors so that less material is wasted.

Additional Features

Tip and Tail Hardware - Rivets for durability

Binding Compatibility

We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.

Comments about K2 MissDemeanor Skis - Women's 2014:

I was such a huge fan of the fat k2 missdirected I decided to try this k2 miss d carver/park ski. I love the control it gave me on the ice and the absorbtion it gives you on landings. Yes it can be a super fast ski but does not chatter. Doesn't float pow quite like my other MissD but sure does hold an edge on an ice glacier and cut a mad mougal.

    Comments about K2 MissDemeanor Skis - Women's 2014:

I am so happy with my purchase! I have only used them once for half a day of downhill skiing, and can't wait to use them again. This ski has a lot of power going down a mountain with really great speed. I love going fast and this ski does the trick. I have yet to use them on anything other than a New England mountain for downhill skiing, but look forward to using on other terrain. Great ski all around!

      Comments about K2 MissDemeanor Skis - Women's 2014:

So I have the 2012 model of this ski with the feathers on it (super-sweet looking!!!) but the specs are basically the same. I have never had a better ski. I live close to Whitefish Ski Resort and you never know what the conditions will be, and this ski does great in all conditions. Powder. Corduroy. Crud. You name it. The twin tip is a great feature for skiing backwards.
