          My 7 year old started the season on last years sleds- a bit short for him this year- he was shaky at speed and nose diving in fluff and off piste. Enter the K2 Indie. This ski turned our 10-11' season around. 180 degrees around. My son is now able to maintain stability at speed (and I mean adult speed) and can pop the groomer hits into the fluff without waiver. 6+ inches of snow are no issue now that he has learned to adjust his balance for the deeper stuff. Yes, he is 7 years old, this is his 3rd season on the slopes and he has just tamed his first 'black diamond' with no hesitation, no falls and best of all- no more tears. After a day of skiing with the adults my friends were saying, "your son rips up the hill." Kudos to K2 for a great children's ski!!
