Shape
All-Terrain Rocker™ is designed for all ability levels with more versatility and ease in all snow conditions. An elevated tip is featured for variable and soft snow performance, as well as camber underfoot for power, energy, and edge-hold in firmer conditions.
Progressive Sidecut is a combination of two different radii that enhances the versatility of wider-waist skis. This guarantees improved turn initiation and hard-snow performance.
Construction
Aspen and Paulownia core: Aspen is solid and dense; Paulownia is an eco-friendly, fast-growing renewable wood that is incredibly strong and lightweight.
Metal Laminate consists of 2 sheets of lightweight Titanal running the length of the ski. Alternating layers of fiberglass and Titanal sandwich the wood core to provide dampened, accurate, and unshakable performance.
Hybritech Sidewalls are a unique blend of sidewall and cap constructions that combine the accuracy, power, and performance of sidewall underfoot with the lightweight characteristics and smooth turn initiation of cap construction.
Bindings
The K2 A.M.P. Rictor Skis come with the Marker MX 12.0 Demo Bindings for an advanced skier. The demo plate allows the binding to be adjusted to a range of boot sizes without remounting. The system uses Marker’s Inter-Pivot Heel technology and lightweight Triple-Pivot Comfort MX toe. This toe comes with a cross-mounted spring, stainless steel AFD, and backward release function.
Bindings do not come mounted to the skis. Always have a certified technician mount and adjust the bindings.
Additional Features
Mod Technology is a high-performance suspension system that absorbs vibrations and impact loads along the entire ski, providing stronger edge hold, power, and control. Mod is a secondary core that flexes and moves on top of the primary core, leaving the overall ski flex unaffected.
Mod Monic is a focused mass-dampener made of a solid zinc mass that focuses mass dampening at a targeted location on the Mod structure.
