Product Info

Fischer Progressor 9+ Skis + Bindings - Used 2009: Considered by many as the ultimate beer league ski, the Fischer Progressor 9+ Ski has attracted fans everywhere for its uncanny ability to initiate a quick turn without hooking up on the exit. On the whole, losing control is never a good thing. Especially at racing speed on the piste. The good news is that Fischer offers race ski constructions in the high-performance sector that are easy to control on all slopes. This is made possible by using race ski technology and the proven Dual Radius System (13m and 17m in the 170cm length). The combination of Slalom and Giant Slalom geometry guarantees fast turn initiation and optimum turning and control behavior in both short and long turns.

Product Details

Shape

Duel Radius System - Different radiuses at the ski tip and ski tail give you faster turn initiation and outstanding performance in long and short turns

Construction

Sandwich sidewall construction - A unique concept in ski core manufacturing that gives the entire ski construction the ultimate in stability. The Sandwich Sidewall Construction is the result of an intelligent layered core structure made of poplar and beechwood, featuring a dual Titanal shell and sidewalls that give the ski edges perfect support and make them harder and more durable. The sidewalls are responsible for transferring skiing forces straight to the steel edges which means that the skis can be ridden extremely dynamically and directly. The improved shock absorption is an additional plus in this ski construction

Bindings

DIN 4-13

Skier weight = 95 - 265 Lbs

FRP- Four rollers and glide inserts optimize flexibility and release characteristics of the binding

ABS - Virtually frictionless release of the ski boot from the binding guarantees the highest possible level of safety

Core and Flex Pattern

Air carbon TI - Extremely lightweight and strong combination of Air Carbon and titanium. Guarantees easier handling and optimum performance

Wood core - Extremely lightweight and yet long-life wood core with excellent technical properties

Titanal 0.5 - Wood core with double Titanal shell, reinforced with Air Carbon. Perfect edge grip and extremely calm as a result

FlowFlex Plate - The special binding attachment enables completely free ski flexing. This means constant piste contact.
