I've skied on this just for one full day. It was mostly on a hard packed stuff. I didn't have a chance to test it on powdry stuff, so I really can't comment on its performance on powder. This is really a great performing skis. It had an awesome grip on icy/hard-packed surface. And it just turned so easily and very responsive to your command. As long as you know how to ski (staying forward and applying that shin pressure), it will perform very well.

Being a mogul skier, I also took it to the bumps. It was just little too sharp and felt a little too grippy in the bumps for my liking and took some time to get used to it. But I attributed it to being fresh out of the wrapper.

Overall, just a great pair of skis and higly recommended for various types of skiers (bumper, advanced, intermeidate, expert, etc.)

Skied on these for a day, one of the tails completely delaminated. Than on the second day, the other tail delaminated. The picture does not show, but they have rubber tails and tips similar to the regular 2008 trouble maker. the rubber is exactly where both skis delaminated.

Comments about Dynastar Trouble Maker Limited Skis 2008:

The only thing this won't tackle is the really deep stuff, but it's great on east and west coast conditions. Plenty firm with good pop and it doesn't flop around at speed. Other than a set of powder skis the troublemaker is the only thing I ski on anymore. It is true that they are more goldish and have black rubber tips but for the money you can't go wrong.

Comments about Dynastar Trouble Maker Limited Skis 2008:

A nice versatile twin tip, the price could not be beat. I purchased a pair for my wife and ski buddy who also like them. This ski is not as quick edge to edge as the earlier versions of the Trouble Maker ( I have 2 pair of the predecessor ) , but that is to be expected as it is wider underfoot. I find it to be a good all round soft snow ski that manages OK on hard pack. It will hold and carve to some degree in the hard stuff but it's real strength is it's forgiving nature in bumps and uneven terrain. It will carve on soft snow but what ski doesn't . I ski primarily in the east and use these for soft snow conditions. Sorry, I have not had them out in deep snow. Folks seem to love the retro graphics. The red plastic triangle may come off the tip or tail but who cares.......

These were bought a season old (new) and not only are they o e of my favorite rides ever, they were an exceptional deal from Evogear! [...] I dont remember but I love these skis. I dont see why so many people strive to buy new, new, new gear when brand new unused gear from a season ago is half off! Thank you evogeear!

Comments about Dynastar Trouble Maker Limited Skis 2008:

They were fairly fast and smooth, especially for a twin tip, but after the first day of using them I could see the edges splitting at the tip. After the second day, the ski was completely destroyed. They are a bit cheaper than other skis, but you can tell in the quality of them.

This ski is amazing when it comes to pop. It does litarily explode of of the lip. Ollies and nollies are effortless. They handel very well on jibs and spinning off lips. HOWEVER, this ski delaminates very easy. only skied 4 months and the nose was horrlbly delamed. Over all an excellent ski.
