Dynastar Legend Mythic Rider Skis + PX 12 Fluid Bindings 2010: The Dynastar Legend Mythic Rider Ski hungers for every part of the mountain. This extremely versatile all-mountain ski floats the pow when the flakes are fresh and carves the cords when the soft stuff can't be found. Dynastar's Autodrive technology connects the rail to the core in the forebody and a power-booster in the tail for sick edge grip and rebound. The Dynastar Legend Mythic Rider's wide shovel rises above light snow while you charge the deeps, and the reinforced sidewalls hold a tight line when you session the piste after a lap in the back bowls. Damp and stable, this all-mountain charger likes high-speeds and tight lines. Dynastar's 3D construction cuts down on weight so you ski harder and longer.

  • Core and Construction:The core is made of wood and uses the Dynastar Autodrive Fluid Legend Construction so the ski is stiff and responsive.
  • Shape and Flex:The turn radius is fairly short so the ski will really rail on the groomers but not get in your way when you point em’. The stiff flex gives the ski excellent responsiveness and won’t act like an envelope, folds under pressure.
  • Bindings:The Dynastar Legend Mythic Rider Skis come with the PX 12 Fluid Bindings which have a DIN range of 3.5 – 12.

      I'm very athletic, former athlete, 5' 11" 195 lbs a former collegiate racer and extreme skier..steeps and off piste are where i'm most comfortable and i've skied on EVERYTHING over the years....in the recent era of shaped skis, these Skis are without a doubt the finest skis i've personally found ! short radius stability especiallyt on teh steeps and the ability to cut them loose on the flats and ski them as hard as[...] will let me. It's unbelievable how a shorter radius type ski can hold on 40-45 mph GS turns AMAZING :)

      The Mythic rider performed very well in powder and loose snow/hard pack. It transitioned well between powder and hard pack. It floated very well in powder. I had to work hard in the bumps but they did well. They were a little heavy in the bumps compared to the Legend 8000s.
