Comments about Atomic Access Skis 2014:

I have always skied with skinny heavy skis and these are amazing. It took a few runs to get used to but when I was used to them they felt amazing.

Comments about Atomic Access Skis 2014:

These skis are like ninja skis in tight steep trees. The flex pattern is on the softer side of the scale, so great for people who surf and have flow, not a great ski for bashing and maching - they have a speed limit, but it is fairly high. They hold on groomers really well, and can rip for the first 60 days or so, after that they tend to go flat and lose their torsional stiffness, and losing their edge. At the current price, i don't mind that though. Super nimble skis, will ski pow in a pinch. I use them for a daily driver at a well know steep western US ski resort. they work for hardback ok, but excel in softer conditions, up to 6 or so inches, then i turn to a wider waist board to get off the bottom. Love their agility is the take away here. I'm on my 2nd pair.

Comments about Atomic Access Skis 2014:

I use this ski for my AT setup and ride the resort in Crested Butte. Ski does great in the trees and is very responsive in powder. Not too heavy for skinning and the perfect size for almost any conditions. It is a pretty stiff ski, but I believe after some hard skiing that will change.

I own a pair of 2011 atomic access skis and love them! Bought these because of the offseason deal. I would highly recommend these to intermediate and advanced skiers.
