Alpha: Superior, best, most powerful. That sounds about right for the Armada Alpha X Skis. Overhauled for 2014, the Alpha X now features a wider platform for increased stability. The tip and tail were also popped, locked and dropped low-rider style for better control while maintaining the light swing weight of the EST Park Rocker. Add a super fast Comp Series Base and light yet poppy Triple Zone core and you've got a ski that's ready to huck the smoothest spins off the biggest booters.
EST Park Rocker Some next level shizzz. Subtle rocker in the tips and tails with positive camber underfoot. This enhances carving while also disengaging the tip and tail to create a catch-free feel that's ideal for buttering and nose and tail presses.

Comments about Armada Alpha X Skis 2014:
I am going through reviews of this ski all over the place (net).. and all I can say is: "what were the people thinking when they made such a perfect ski..."
Awards for this ski WILL range from most to all. It will be reference model for skis come 2015 when talking about top of the line. They have not received a single bad comment/review, and the company is not boasting their FAR superior product, they simply will allow their ski to talk for itself.
And let me tell you, this ski is amazing, the responsiveness, the shape, the art, the stability, the cut, the materials, the engineering, the very idea of what this ski tries to be, everything... was designed to be superior if not perfect.
And it shows.
It takes years for a company to come out with a product that will make people turn their heads, a product that will be talked about between buddies at the lodge, a product that is dreamed about by up and coming professionals and athletes, a product that silently shimmers on the shelf and gets you that quirky little smile from your ski vendor... this... is that ski.
