4FRNT Turbo Skis 2012: If snow conditions are uncertain or variable, don’t leave home without the 4FRNT Turbo Skis. The stiffness of the Hi-Lite core and early rise tip/tail create a perfectly balanced ski, especially in softer snow. The Turbo skis dominate in powder but their side-cut and stiffness allow the rider to enjoy harder conditions making it your go-to ski no matter where you are.
Shape
Camber shape with an Early Rise in the tip/tail of 220mm/170mm (at 189cm) balances the 4FRNT Turbo Skis for hard or softer snow; side-cut allows performance in harder conditions.
Construction
Deflect ABS sidewalls consist of a premium blend of stiff, supportive materials that maximize edge grip. A tri-bevel finish further sustains performance and defends topsheet chipping.
Q 45 Weave tri-layered fiberglass creates stiffness throughout, allowing prompt response in a variety of snow conditions, high speeds and hard rides.
Glosstop Topsheet, specific to 4FRNT, offers a crystal clear glossy finish to maintain the graphic’s brand new appearance, while also minimizing chipping and preventing scratches.
360 Full Wrap edges for perimeter support in daily use
ISO-SPORT 2000 sintered base
Flex
Hi-Lite core of Poplar and Beech wood is snappy but light enough to support wider skis in soft snow.
X4 Dampening System is a full perimeter layer of elastometric rubber foil that is laminated between the metal edge, fiberglass, and wood core, creating unmatched stability and a smooth ride.
Dimensions
24m @ 168cm 124/100/116, 25.1m @ 175cm 129/104/116, 27.6m @ 182cm 128/104/121, 28m @ 189cm 134/108/126

Comments about 4FRNT Turbo Skis 2012:

This ski holds its own everywhere. Super stable on mixed chunky conditions, yet float on pow. Yup it's an all mountain ski and does just that.

Comments about 4FRNT Turbo Skis 2012:

The Turbo is a ski I can grab regardless of conditions and know I am gonna have a good day, a perfect West Coast all mountain ski. The waist isn't super wide so the added rocker tip and tail helps bring the ski to the surface and make it handle soft snow well and still remain agile on hard snow.
