Product Info

4FRNT Grom Skis 2011: 4FRNT takes first impressions seriously and the 4FRNT Grom Skis are simply just that. When do you recall owning your first pair of skis? We remember ours and sadly all they had to offer was a pinstripe race graphic and a flat tail. Well, for young guns stepping foot on the largest sledding hill they’ve ever seen, 4FRNT brings you the ultimate junior shred stick. With an even larger size run than in the past and notably wider footprint, these shreds are what daydreams are made of. Don’t let the ninja fool ya, they are as playful as any all mountain ski you can find in this category.

Construction

The Bi 90 Weave is a 90° layering of glass fibers that creates a sensitive feel and responds well at slower speeds and jibs. 4FRNT’s GLOSSTOP topsheet material is the ultimate top foil. The crystal clear glossy finish makes the graphics pop off the ski with brilliant color, while the 45° edge bevel minimizes chipping. GLOSSTOP scratch resistant surface defends against scrape marks and helps to keep your skis looking crisp and clean throughout the winter.

Flex

The Foam Core is high density foam that is injected into state-of-the-art 3D molds to enhance feather-light performance for juniors and young adults. The X4 Dampening system is a full perimeter layer of elastometric rubber foil that is laminated between the metal edge, fiberglass and wood core. The X4 system creates unmatched stability and a smooth ride, especially at high speeds.

Comments about 4FRNT Grom Skis 2011:

According to my 8 year old these are "sick skis". He loved the ninja graffics on them and we loved the price! They are the perfect dimensions - just fat enough! He hasn't had any snow time on them yet, but I'm sure they'll be great!

Comments about 4FRNT Grom Skis 2011:

Got these skis for our 9 year old daughter, and she loves them. For a kid, the dimensions are just about perfect. Wide enough to keep the kids floating on a powder day but manuverable for groomer skiing. And the Ninja design is gonna get any kid stoked...
