4FRNT CRJ (CR Johnson) Skis 2010: The 4FRNT CRJ will enable you to make the entire mountain your playground. As if you didn’t have a big enough crush on CR Johnson (and who doesn’t?), now you can ride his skis every day, all winter. The CRJ’s dimensions make it the ultimate powder tool, but it still caters to all conditions. With normal sidecut and camber underfoot, the CRJ carves through firm snow while the reverse sidecut and rocker towards the tip and tail make it easy to shred pow and play with each and every feature on the hill, just like CR does. He’s so dreamy!
- Core and Flex Pattern:The Hi-Lite Core is made from a hearty but super lightweight wood to still give you float and flex in the pow but enough strength and stability to shred hard and drop cliffs without worrying about coming up with half a ski.
- Construction:The X4 Dampening System is a full perimeter layer of elastometric rubber foil laminated between the metal edge, fiberglass and wood core. The X4 system creates unmatched stability and a smooth ride, especially at high speeds. The Q45 Weave offers a 45 degree layering of glass fibers to make the skis longitudinally and torsionally stiff. The Q45 allows skis to respond well to variable snow conditions, high speeds and hard riding.
