Product Details

Camber shape with Early Rise in the tip/tail of 155mm/65mm (at 175cm) gives the 4FRNT Aretha Skis stability in all snow conditions.

Deflect ABS sidewalls consist of a premium blend of stiff, supportive materials that maximize edge grip. A tri-bevel finish further sustains performance and defends against topsheet chipping.

Q 45 Weave tri-layered fiberglass creates stiffness throughout, allowing prompt response in a variety of snow conditions, high speeds, and hard rides.

Glosstop Topsheet, specific to 4FRNT, offers a crystal clear glossy finish to maintain the graphic’s brand new appearance, while also minimizing chipping and preventing scratches.

Features a dense ISO-SPORT 2000 sintered base allowing exceptional performance and speed.

Hi-Lite core of Poplar and Beech wood is snappy but light enough to support wider skis in soft snow.

X4 Dampening System is a full perimeter layer of elastometric rubber foil that is laminated between the metal edge, fiberglass, and wood core, creating unmatched stability and a smooth ride.

Binding Compatibility

We recommend a brake that is equal to the waist width and at most 20mm wider. (brake width = ski width + 20mm)

        Comments about 4FRNT Aretha Skis - Women's 2012:

The description of this ski is dead on. I purchased the 2012 model (same as 2013, just different graphics). Spent the 2013 winter in Jackson Hole with 40+ days under my belt and with every condition imaginable. I loved them from the first couple of turns on hard pack, until closing out the season with the spring time melt. The ski does it all. I am a level 8.5 skiier, 5,5", 135lb and skiied on the 168. I generally prefer skiing the bumps/off piste and was a little nervous about the 100 underfoot, but these babies were SO responsive to my every move. Though we didnt have the epic snow season I was hoping for, when we did have the powder days, the Aretha responded as I hoped for. They pretty much just float through the powder. If you are looking for a ski that does it all, this is a great choice. Not a lot of reviews out there on these skiis so I hope this helps anyone interested in purchasing the Aretha. my only complaint would be that the top sheet got a bit chipped on the sides, but that is only an appearance issue. In no way did that hinder the performance. I am hooked. Thanks 4frnt!

I love this ski!!! I was waiting for that that one all mountain ski that really allowed me to charge the crud. It blasts through anything, floats where you need it and carves the hill. This is my new all-in-one ski.
