Product Info

Sometimes it's inevitable that somebody is going to try and start something out there on the slopes. So when you know that there may be an encounter with one of the rival ski or snowboard gangs, you need to make sure that you're equipped with the right tools. The Scott Riot Ski Poles are our personal choice. An ultra-durable shaft as well as a tip that is three times harder than steel makes you appear pretty menacing. If that wasn't enough however, Scott equipped this pole with a glow in the dark finish. No matter how unnecessary that may sound, there's no denying that its just flat out cool! So whether you're warding off enemy snowboard gangs, slaying the epic mountain pow, the Scott Riot Ski Pole should be your weapon of choice.

Wrist strap broke the first day of use

About Me Advanced

Pros

  • Ergonomic Grip
  • Good Stiffness
  • Lightweight

Cons

  • Poor strap design

Best Uses

Comments about Scott Riot Ski Poles 2014:

The title says it all. One strap broke after 5 hours of normal use and the strap on the other pole had already begun to tear. There must be a problem in the manufacturing or design process with this pole. Hopefully Scott will figure it out for next year's model. Other than bad straps, the grips are awesome (basically a bicycle grip) and the pole is super wide, which I loved.

Super strong and durable poles! Good luck breaking them! Thicker and heavier then normal, but still very easy to throw around! Highly recommend
