    These are cool looking, nice poles, but the baskets broke off first use. I called evo and the sent me two new pairs, direct from the manufacturer. Neither pair fit and they too broke off. They just are not worth the cost. The top, which appears to be metal, is just cheap plastic. I would not buy these again.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Decent pole, not good in the deep stuff!
    Top plastic piece where you adjust the strap is cheap and breaks. Baskets also break. Pole in general though is good and comfortable to handle.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
