This really is a great bag for your skis - not only you can fit a bunch of wear/sleeping bag in it with your skis, but it's also very durable and easy in use. It has silver foil lining, too. Even though soft bag, it is rather sturdy - so, it is not the best for storage when empty. But why would your ski bag be empty?
The only drawback - i've seen many of these and sometimes it's confusing at airports when you need to pick up your own from the luggage carousel.

This bag has transported my 182cm Apaches with ease around North America. Very comfortable over my shoulder and has protected my equipment quite well. Still room for poles and about 3 pairs of shoes!!!

Great for keeping your gear together for storage. The water-resistant lining is great for snowmelt and slushy days and keeping the car clean and dry. The carry strap is comfortable and and the end straps are nice for dragging out of storage or the car. The clips inside are handy for keeping the sticks from moving around and keeping the poles from banging around during transport. The bag is well made and stands up to some serious abuse from being tossed around. DaKine makes some solid bags and packs and this one is no exception. I liked it so much that i bought a similar bag for holding my snowboard gear.

if you know nothing know that dakine builds bags function first. always straps and clips in the right places. best quality in the business. dont know how many years i have used there products started with a single surf board bag then gloves, so on. quit [*] around add it to your cart

This is truly an awesome ski bag. It fit my 170s perfectly and I still was able to sqeeze in my jacket, pants, long underwear and fleece around the skis. Handled plane travel to Denver with not a scratch. Really well made and will be a bag I'll have for years. Highly recommended.

Looks very rugged but a little bulky. Competitive bag was just too short and difficult to get myl 178's into even though it was rated for skis up to 182. This bag holds the skis and offers a lot of protection, necessary for bus trips, but it is bulky and more difficult to store in a locker.
