Comments about Arc'teryx Stingray Jacket - Women's:

Hubby convinced me to try a shell after years of wearing insulated jackets. He sold me on this one, but the it was a little too fitted for me...I would not have been able to wear many layers underneath which sort of defeats the purpose of a shell (for me anyway). I'm 5'9" and 150 lbs. I ordered a medium. The length was OK, but it was way too tight with just a regular shirt on. Might have been better with a Large, but instead I exchanged it with an Arc'Teryx SENTINEL Jacket (size Large). It has a more roomy fit, and getting the large was a better choice than the medium for me. Length of SENTINEL is great and shell was warm this past weekend with 2 layers underneath. I wear gauntlet gloves over the shell, and the zipper comes up nice and high...very warm ensemble with a neckwarmer and helmet.
