I got these to go snowboarding up in Kelowna, They are more light-weight then my old ones, but they kept me warm.
I used them recently to go sledding in town and they seem very waterproof.
They are very comfortable, I did a lot of walking with out feeling unfortable or too hot or too cold.

I already had a brown pair of these pants I purchased a couple of years ago that I love, love, love, so had no doubt about getting another pair. I am an avid skier and have had pants in the past that were not as durable, so they would get ripped and torn. I also love the fit....not bulky, baggy, or restrictive. The only thing I would change is to add some more pockets. The two pockets just below the waist are not useful and the zipper pulls are a bit bulky. I would like to see another pocket on one of the lower legs.

I love these pants, I'm a snowboarder, so riding all day I definately need good waterproof and comfortable pants. These do it all, I'm still dry by the end of the day and really warm. I recommend these pants to anyone they're great. They have 3 pockets with is less then my old pair but my pockets in my jacket make up for it. Great pair of pants that is worth every dollar.
