The pant is built with Strata HD II™ that has an inner hydrophilic layer that prevents condensation and pushes moisture to the outside layer of the fabric keeping you warm and dry. This technology combined with a mesh lining, fully taped seams, and easy stash cargo pockets, will have you set all winter long.

        Waterproof enough to withstand spring conditions near Seattle, these pants keep me dry without getting too hot. They run big, so expect to wear a belt or take them in. Mine are blue plaid; I get tired of black pants all the time and they're easier for my friends to spot me on the hill. The pockets are great too, nice and roomy. I just wish they were all zipper pockets and not velcro-closure (which fail as soon as they get icy).

        It was nice to finally get a pair of pants that fit right, not too snug but not baggy either. Living in the pac NW demands waterproof gear, and for 15K its holds up nicely. The heels not dragging and getting torn up was also a bonus! Overall, if your looking not to bust your wallet and get some good quality gear, you have found what you're looking for!
