I really like the material of these pants and they are warm enough to wear without long underwear in temps around 20 degrees or warmer. The vents in the inner thigh are a nice tough too. The worst thing about them is the waist seems big in comparison to the rest of the pants and I find myself hitching them up constantly even with a belt (generally I don't have trouble with waist being too big). The velcro on the inside belt (in the back) is a great idea but strangely there is a sharp piece of velcro that keeps rubbing against my back and is sort of uncomfortable if no attached perfectly. They are also much too long for me but at only 5'3" that isn't surprising. Overall I like them but wish they weren't so loose in the waist.

great for keeping legs warm without wearing a liner underneath, even while night riding. I love that Holden uses recycled water bottles. Very waterproof! The rise was lower than the standard twill pants, however, but I kept these for the warmth

I snowboard and these pants are excellent! Very warm and comfortable with High-quality material. I totally dig that they use eco friendly material and glad to support this small, burgeoning and awesome company!

My only complaint is that the pants "gap" in the back. Women who tend to have this problem know what I mean! In Holden's defense, I'm short, 5'3 1/2", weigh about 135 and purchased a Medium. I have an athletic build, but with a small waist and some serious junk in the trunk, pants that fit well are always hard for me to find. The internal velcro belt at the waist attempts to address this problem and while it helps, they still gap a little.
