I bought these because they were the only waterproof pants on the market with dual side zip vents. They work beautifully, especially for alpine touring. Definitely add an extra bottom layer for colder resort days. They do have a high waist which I like- keeps the snow out. I'm 5'9" ~145 with muscular legs and got the medium- which fit perfectly through the hips, wouldn't want them tighter, and the large would definitely be too big in the waist (usually wear ~29 stretch jeans). The past several years I've gotten a new pair of ski pants each season as I put in ~50+ days and I can tell these are going to last way longer. These are seriously the best ski pants I've had, ever. Way to go FlyLow. Like.

This is one of the best fitting womens pants out there. They are baggy yet fitting for a womans body. They make a female look like she knows what she is doing rather than the girl trying to pull off her boyfriends baggy steeze. These pants are PERFECT for the backcountry and skinning. They have both outer and inner vents that provide excellent airflow. The extra fabric covering the knees and inner legs by the boots are key for the telemark skiers out there. The bottoms of most snowpants that I have ever owned are usually destroyed come April, but my Flylow ginger pants held up awesome and are ready for their second season. The only downfall is that these pants are not incredibly warm, and for the cold days I would recomend adding another long underwear layer. Ohterwise they are waterproof, durable, breathable, and very stylish.

These Gingers are super durable! The fabric is tough, the zippers are strong, the reinforced knees are are super nice to have especially if you are tele skier. The side zips act as a nice venting system. These were used for 80+ day ski season last year, and have plenty more days to come. A+
