Comments about 686 Mannual Patron Insulated Pants - Women's:
I love how the pants look and the material has a nice feel to it. Great styling, I like how they look on me, but not how they feel, the fit is odd. The waist and hips are too big even with the side waist tabs at the tightest point but the pant fits tight in the thighs. I don't have this problem with other pants, so I don't think it's me. Even with a belt cinched tight around my waist the pants still felt like they were riding too low. I bought last years model from the outlet, if I had paid full price I probably would have returned the pants, but for the outlet price I'll deal with the low riding crotch aspect of the pant. They are very warm, I wore them with lighter long underwear than I usually use and they were toasty. The side vent zips will come in handy, come spring I'll probably just wear them without thermals underneath. If you ski in colder temps than this would be a plus.
