Made of Capilene® 3 Midweight fabric, with Gladiodor® garment odor control, the Patagonia Capilene 3 Midweight CrewShirt is insulated, soft, and great for layering.

Capilene® 3 Midweight fabric has a durable, stretchy, double-weave construction, and a smooth jersey face that slides easily beneath layers. Capilene® features a moisture-wicking polyester (65% recycled) fabric, with Gladiodor® garment odor control. This fabric is recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

      Used this shirt on Friday night at Stevens. Neck line fits good (it doesn't feel as though its strangling you). It was 18 degrees out, had this shirt, a short sleeve shirt, hoddie, and jacket on and I was sweating. After shredding the gnar and riding the lift back to the top, didn't feel cold because of sweat. I believe it wicked very well. It feels a little stiff, might take a little bit to wear it. Its not very soft, but not itchy. Kept me warm. Enough said.

        The best base layer available on the market today, does not bind like UA, keeps you warm and dry. VERY comfortable, long enough to tuck without being too long. Soft, well stitched, worth every penny. Three warmth levels to choose from plus the wool blend line makes four. I have all if them, order by comfor; the wool, light weight followed by the mid weight layer. The best feature is the snug move with you non binding comfort and soft fabric. Base layers that grit like a scuba suit are uncomfortable to me and the compression that these type fabrics induce becomes bothersome after a few hours. You will not be dissappointed with this product. This shirt has quickly moved to the top of my favorites pile.
